Валерія Мірошнікова (нар. 1996, Луганськ, Україна) - мультидисциплінарна мисткиня, фотографиня та колажистка. У її творчості поєднуються спостереження за внутрішнім світом і зовнішньою реальністю через мистецтво фотографії та колажу.
3 дитинства Валерія була залучена до творчих і організаційних процесів: займалася танцями, брала участь в активностях і допомагала з ініціативами у школі. У 2014 році, через початок війни на сході України, переїхала до Києва. До цього здобула освіту товарознавця-комерсанта та фінансиста у Луганському державному коледжі економіки та торгівлі. У Києві вона працювала у сфері продажів, відкрила власну сувенірну крамницю та майже  здобула ступінь бакалавра з менеджменту у Державному університеті інфраструктури та технологій.
З 2019 року Валерія почала активно займатися фотографією, а з 2021 року її увага зосередилася на колажах. У своїх роботах вона досліджує ментальні стани, суспільні проблеми та культурні коди, втілюючи їх через яскраві кольори, композицію та символи.
Колаж для неї — спосіб відкрити новий погляд на звичайні речі та глибше зрозуміти себе й оточення.
Сьогодні Валерія навчається на бакалавра культурології, досліджуючи мистецтво як спосіб діалогу з суспільством і відображення своїх цінностей. Її мета — через творчість досліджувати себе та привертати увагу до актуальних проблем сучасності, надихаючи інших на рефлексію та дії.​​​​​​​
Valeriya Miroshnikova (born 1996, Luhansk, Ukraine) is a multidisciplinary artist, photographer, and collage maker. Her work combines observations of the inner world and the external reality through the art of photography and collage.
From childhood, Valeriya was involved in creative and organizational processes: she practiced dancing, participated in activities, and helped with initiatives at school. In 2014, due to the onset of the war in Eastern Ukraine, she moved to Kyiv. Prior to this, she obtained an education in commodity science and finance at the Luhansk State College of Economics and Trade. In Kyiv, she worked in sales, opened her own souvenir shop, and almost earned a bachelor's degree in management at the State University of Infrastructure and Technology.
Since 2019, Valeriya has actively engaged in photography, and since 2021, her focus shifted to collages. In her works, she explores mental states, societal issues, and cultural codes, expressing them through vibrant colors, composition, and symbols. For her, collage is a way to open a new perspective on ordinary things and gain a deeper understanding of herself and her surroundings.
Currently, Valeriya is studying for a bachelor's degree in cultural studies, researching art as a means of dialogue with society and a reflection of her values. Her goal is to explore herself through creativity and draw attention to contemporary issues, inspiring others to reflect and take action.

Artist statement
Я працюю на межі особистого досвіду, тілесної пам’яті та історичної травми. Моє мистецтво виникає з потреби зібрати себе — з фрагментів, уламків, слідів. Через фотографію, колаж і текст я досліджую теми вразливості, ідентичності, памʼяті та тіла як архіву пережитого.
Мене цікавить фрагментація як спосіб мислення і бачення світу. Я не шукаю цілісних форм — натомість складаю нову присутність із того, що залишилось: архівні зображення, частини тіл, об’єкти буденності, прості жести. У цьому процесі мене веде інтуїція, спостереження за тишею всередині та рухом назовні.
Мої роботи часто є рефлексією на досвід війни, вимушеного переїзду, психічної нестабільності та глибоких емоційних станів. Водночас я прагну говорити не тільки про втрати, а й про здатність до відновлення, про ніжність як силу, про любов як опору.
Колаж для мене — це не лише техніка, а акт зшивання себе зі світом.
Мистецтво — мій спосіб дихати, залишатися та відчувати правду.

I work at the intersection of personal experience, bodily memory, and historical trauma. My art arises from the need to piece myself together—from fragments, remnants, and traces. Through photography, collage, and text, I explore themes of vulnerability, identity, memory, and the body as an archive of what has been experienced.
I am interested in fragmentation as a way of thinking and seeing the world. I do not seek complete forms—rather, I create a new presence from what remains: archival images, parts of bodies, everyday objects, simple gestures. In this process, I am guided by intuition, observing the silence within and the movement outside.
My works are often a reflection on the experience of war, forced relocation, mental instability, and deep emotional states. At the same time, I aim to speak not only about loss but also about the capacity for healing, about tenderness as strength, and about love as support.
For me, collage is not just a technique, but an act of stitching myself together with the world.
Art is my way of breathing, of staying, and of feeling the truth.
